Industrial Mechanic m/f/d – Setter / Shift Supervisor
Your responsibilities
- Shift supervision with personnel management
- Support and repair of fully and semi-automated machines as well as assembly fixtures and systems
- Instruction and training of assembly staff to troubleshoot assembly machines
- Maintenance and servicing according to manufacturer specifications
- Keeping machine logs and fault reports
- Analysis of error types and frequencies to support technical improvements
- Optimization of assembly processes
- Quality control during ongoing production
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a recognized technical profession, ideally as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience preferred
- Knowledge in the electro-pneumatic field
- Independence, commitment, and team spirit
- Willingness to work in shifts
