Complete value chain

For us, quality is not a promise but a fact. Strict control of incoming goods, automated production monitoring and comprehensive supplier management enables us to establish a complete value chain, from raw materials to finished product.

We carry out sampling in whatever form the client requests, with full documentation of all prescribed tests that we either carry out ourselves or subcontract to external certified laboratories in the immediate vicinity. Ongoing production monitoring and verification of function and completeness is fully automated and integrated into the assembly process.

Our company already has DIN ISO 9001:2000 and VDA 6.1 certification for all processes and interfaces and is undergoing ISO/TS 16949 certification. In addition, Utescheny also participates in environmental auditing in accordance with ISO 14001.
